Shipping policy

At Caterbee, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing Time Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak periods such as promotions or holidays, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Time Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, high shipping volume, or events beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the system.

Shipping Coverage We ship to most countries worldwide using trusted global carriers. Orders can be delivered to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO Boxes (where applicable).

Multiple Shipments In some cases, items may be shipped separately from different warehouses. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, re-shipping fees will apply and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
