Delays of up to 3 business days are occurring in the shipping out of orders at this stage. Please allow additional time for your order to be shipped.

Delays are occuring as we adhere to strict health guidelines and social distancing rules in our warehouse, making the warehouse operation not as efficient as normal. We apologise for any delays or inconvenience caused.

Standard Order Dispatch :

Ships in 3 Business Days Products : Your order will be shipped within 3 full business days from placing your order.
Bulky Products : Bulky products ship from a separate warehouse and will be dispatched within 2 to 4 business days from placing your order.

  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information which can be viewed on the carrier website at any time. Please note that due to tracking links contained in these emails if you have not received it after 3 days please check your Spam folder.
  • Parcels can be delivered to residential, PO Box and business addresses Worldwide*.
  • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday every week of the year.
  • We utilise a variety of carriers including world Post and various Couriers depending on your location.
  • Tracking numbers are updated by email and on your order status page at Standard Time.
  • The following delivery times are average times in which you should receive your order, on most occasions you will receive your order earlier than the times specified.
  • If you need your order by a certain date give our friendly Customer Service and they will confirm a delivery date.

Incorrect Addresses / Non Collected/ RTS Orders

We ask all customers to carefully check the address for orders as re-shipment fees will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to incorrect addressing or non collection. Please refer to our FAQ section for more information.

Please note : if your order is returned to sender due to incorrect address, decline to accept or non collection, the return fee and original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.

Please note caterbee will not refund or resend orders which are delivered to the incorrect address and cannot be reclaimed, if an incorrect address has been provided at checkout.

* Bulky Items / Postcode Exceptions - large items or large orders being sent to remote & regional areas may incur additional charges or may not be able to be delivered if appropriate shipping carriers are not available.
