🧸 If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

If you received:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will:
✔ Offer a free replacement OR
✔ Provide an appropriate solution (replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable)

We will cover the return shipping cost for confirmed faulty or incorrect items.


📸 How to Request a Replacement

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos and a short video showing:

    • The defect or damage

    • The packaging (if applicable)

  2. Submit your request via our Return Page (Order Lookup)

  3. Our team will review your case within 1–2 business days


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted

  • Items must not be intentionally damaged or misused

  • We reserve the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a defect

  • Minor variations (color, size, packaging) are not considered defects


🔄 Resolution Priority

To ensure faster service and reduce wait times:

  • We prioritize replacement over refunds for faulty items

  • Refunds may be issued if replacement is not available
