Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Caterbee, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find important information regarding order processing, shipping times, and delivery conditions.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

  • During peak periods (e.g. sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (depending on location)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier delays

  • High shipping volume periods

  • Events beyond our control (force majeure)

Caterbee is not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear in the system

  • Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received your confirmation email

You can also track your order anytime via your account page.


4. Shipping Coverage

We ship to most countries worldwide.

Orders can be delivered to:

  • Residential addresses

  • Business addresses

  • PO Boxes (where applicable)

We use a range of trusted global carriers depending on your location.


5. Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items in your order may be shipped separately from different warehouses.
If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.


6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If an order is:

  • Returned due to an incorrect address

  • Not collected

  • Refused at delivery

Then:

  • Re-shipping fees will apply

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return-to-sender fees may be deducted from your refund

Caterbee is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


7. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears delayed:

  • Please first check your tracking information

  • Check with your local courier or post office

8. Risk of Loss

All orders become the responsibility of the customer once they have been shipped.


9. Bulky Items & Remote Areas

Large or bulky items, or deliveries to remote areas, may:

  • Require additional shipping time

  • Incur additional shipping charges

  • Be unavailable in certain regions

Any additional charges will be communicated before dispatch where possible.
